Clinical Nurse (RN) | Champion of Patient Care

The Mission
At Valleywise Health, we provide "Exceptional Care, Without Exception." As a Clinical Nurse, you are the heartbeat of our patient experience. Reporting to the Nurse Manager or Executive DON, you’ll bring your clinical expertise to a collaborative, interdisciplinary team dedicated to serving a diverse community with dignity and excellence.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • The Clinical Expert: You’ll lead all aspects of the nursing process—from sophisticated patient assessments and medication administration to identifying complex nursing problems and crafting individualized care plans.
  • A Trusted Advocate & Educator: You are the primary bridge for our patients. You’ll empower families through education and act as a fierce advocate to ensure every patient receives age-specific, meaningful care.
  • Collaborative Leader: You don’t just work in a team; you help lead it. You’ll delegate to and indirectly supervise ancillary personnel, ensuring everyone stays aligned with Valleywise Health’s high standards of safety and policy.
  • Quality Innovator: Beyond the bedside, you’ll dive into team-building and quality improvement initiatives, helping us refine our processes to provide more cost-effective and comprehensive healthcare.

Why You Belong Here
You are a professional who thrives in a diverse healthcare landscape. You value a culture of continuous improvement, where your skills are respected, and your contribution to the community is visible every single day.
