Summary
The Manager of Strategic Financial Planning is responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, and financial analysis activities for the healthcare organization. This role partners with clinical, operational, and executive leadership to provide accurate financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and reimbursement models.
Annual Salary Range: $105,164.80 - $155,126.40

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or similar) preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, budgeting, or financial analysis.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a healthcare environment (hospital, health system, or healthcare services organization).
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic analysis within a healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with Axiom and/or Strata financial planning platforms required.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques; Power BI, Tableau, or SQL experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to influence and present to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex analyses, manage multiple priorities, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience working in a matrixed healthcare system environment preferred.
