Schedule: Regular FT 40 Hours Per Week

Shifts: Days

Under the direction of the Director of IT Applications, this position is responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining internal and external websites and web-based applications. Responsible and accountable for day-to-day operations and workload for assigned website development and support areas to meet the organizational business needs while meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Participates in product development, requirements analysis, design, and technical management. Prepares technical plans from business specifications by interpreting customer's needs. This position could be a hybrid. Phoenix metro area.
 
Annual Salary Range: $73,881.60 - $108,971.20
 
Qualifications
Education:
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Nursing, Information Systems (IS), or a related field or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work in lieu of degree.
  • A Master's degree is preferred and may substitute for required experience.
Experience:
  • Requires three (3) years of relative Information Technology Web Development experience, including experience with server platforms and Web server software, security architecture, and implementation, and experience creating dynamic Web pages with Dreamweaver CS5.5, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Prior experience with Adobe Photoshop CS5.5 and Adobe Illustrator CS5.5 a plus.
  • Prefer experience with full system development lifecycle.
Specialized Training:
  • Requires training in web design and development with programming experience using the following technologies:
    • VB.NET
    • ASP.NET
    • Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010
    • XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML
    • MS SQL Server (writing SQL queries, SQL Server 2005/2008/2012, Enterprise Manager)
    • Microsoft Visual Basic
Certification/Licensure:
  • Requires ITIL Foundation Certification or must be obtained within the first twelve (12) months of employment.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Requires a thorough understanding of software design life cycle (SDLC) frameworks, web technologies, web architectures, and a strong applications development background.
  • Must be familiar with Windows 2003 Server and Active Directory and know about Microsoft IIS.
  • Prefer knowledge and experience with Crystal Reports.
  • Requires familiarity with common Web languages and extensions (e.g., tables, frames, server-push/client-pull, server-side includes, etc.) and awareness of browser compatibility issues.
  • Must be a self-starter who requires minimal direction and can determine appropriate project direction by evaluating business requirements and specifications.
  • Requires strong technical skills, knowledge of Internet working technologies, HTMLx, Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010, SQL Server (stored procedures constraints and triggers), experience with ADO.NET, .Net Frameworks 2.0/3.5 / 4.0.
  • Must be able to communicate technical concepts well and interact positively and effectively with employees at all levels within the organization, as well as with customers, prospects, and vendors.
  • Must demonstrate strong project management skills and excellent oral and writing skills.
  • Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
