Schedule: Regular FT 36 Hours Per Week

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Caring Hands, Meaningful Impact

Under the direction of the Nurse Manager or Director, and general supervision of a Registered Nurse, you’ll play an essential role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care every day.
What You’ll Do:

Provide direct, age-appropriate care to patients, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity.

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as mobility, grooming, and nutrition.

Accurately take and record vital signs and perform basic clinical procedures as directed.

Observe, report, and communicate any changes in patient condition to the supervising Nurse or Physician for timely intervention.

Document all care activities and interactions clearly and promptly in the patient’s medical record.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to create a positive and healing environment for patients and families.

- Prefer a high school diploma or GED.
- Prefers at least one (1) year of relevant nursing assistant or healthcare-related experience.
- Must successfully complete approved Valleywise Health computer classes.
- Requires licensure through the AZ Board of Nursing as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Requires BLS card obtained through an approved American Heart Association (AHA) training center upon hire.
- Bilingual is preferred.
- Must have the ability to work with culturally diverse people.
- Requires excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
- Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
