Department: FQHC Dental Residency Program

Schedule: Regular FT 40 Hours Per Week

In this role, you’ll coordinate all administrative aspects of the program-working closely with residents, faculty, partner organizations, and health centers to ensure seamless operations. From scheduling and reporting to managing program communications, you’ll be the go-to resource that keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll also provide support to the broader Dental Department, helping elevate efficiency and collaboration.

Hourly Pay Range: $19.73 - $29.10
 
Qualifications
Education:
  • Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Associate’s degree in business-related courses is preferred.
Experience:
  • Must have a minimum of one (1) year of Administrative Assistant or related experience providing office support/clerical work that demonstrates an understanding of the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Prefer experience in a hospital setting.
Certification/Licensure:
  • Arizona Fingerprint card
  • Requires BLS issued by the American Heart Association within 30 days of the position start date.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
  • Ability to build strong associations with outside organizations and individuals.
  • Expertise in MS Office software applications and reporting functions.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health/Medical/Dental records (EHR, EMR, EDR) preferred.
  • Ability to work well with video and telecommunication technology.
