In this role, you’ll coordinate all administrative aspects of the program—working closely with residents, faculty, partner organizations, and health centers to ensure seamless operations. From scheduling and reporting to managing program communications, you’ll be the go-to resource that keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll also provide support to the broader Dental Department, helping elevate efficiency and collaboration.

Hourly Pay Range: $19.73 - $29.10
 
Qualifications
Education:
  • Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Associate’s degree in business-related courses is preferred.
Experience:
  • Must have a minimum of one (1) year of Administrative Assistant or related experience providing office support/clerical work that demonstrates an understanding of the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Prefer experience in a hospital setting.
Certification/Licensure:
  • Arizona Fingerprint card
  • Requires BLS issued by the American Heart Association within 30 days of the position start date.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
  • Ability to build strong associations with outside organizations and individuals.
  • Expertise in MS Office software applications and reporting functions.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health/Medical/Dental records (EHR, EMR, EDR) preferred.
  • Ability to work well with video and telecommunication technology.
