The Foundation Marketing Media Manager serves as the creative lead and brand strategist for VH Foundation, driving fundraising success through compelling storytelling, design, and donor-centered campaigns. This role combines art direction with marketing expertise to create powerful visual narratives and experiences that inspire giving, steward donors, and elevate the Foundation’s mission.
Annual Salary Range: $65,686.40 - $96,886.40
Qualifications
Education:
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will require specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work.
- Prefer a Master’s Degree.
Experience:
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency in photography, videography production, and editing.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign), email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, DotDigital), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and editing.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
