We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and systems-savvy HRIS Coordinator to join our team of HR, IT, and Finance professionals who are passionate about supporting those who care for our community.
 
As an HRIS Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our employee data. Reporting to the Director HR Systems Ops, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert, managing and auditing employee transactions related to wages, job status changes, terminations, time accruals, and more - all while supporting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Maintain and audit employee records and transactions in the HRIS system with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure personnel records meet all regulatory and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to improve HRIS processes and workflows.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies that fall outside of policy standards.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations through data analysis and reporting.
  • Serve as a key resource for HR data integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Hourly Pay Rate: $23.08 - $34.04
 
Qualifications
Education:
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform assigned tasks.
Experience:
  • Requires a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources that demonstrates a strong understanding of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Experience in processing, maintaining, and auditing employee data in both electronic and hard copy formats, while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data in both formats, is required.
Certification/Licensure:
  • PHR Certification is preferred.

  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Requires excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to research issues to determine the root cause.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees within the organization, including Senior Leaders.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Must be initiative-taking and be able to plan work activities and set effective priorities that are aligned with departmental and company goals.
  • Must have excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and meet deadlines effectively and efficiently.
  • Must have above-average computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office software.
