The Manager of Foundation Marketing serves as the creative lead and brand strategist for VH Foundation, driving fundraising success through compelling storytelling, design, and donor-centered campaigns. This role combines art direction with marketing expertise to create powerful visual narratives and experiences that inspire giving, steward donors, and elevate the Foundation’s mission.
 
Annual Salary Range: $65,686.40 - $96,886.40
 
Qualifications
Education:
  • Requires a bachelor’s in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will require specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work.
  • Prefer a master’s degree.
Experience:
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Proficiency in photography, videography production, and editing.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign), email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, DotDigital), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and editing.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for nonprofit work and commitment to our mission and values.
