Valleywise Health is seeking a dynamic Senior HR Operations Consultant to play a critical role in fostering a respectful, engaged, and high-performing work environment.
 
As a Senior HR Operations Consultant, you’ll be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leaders at all levels of the organization. In this role, you’ll provide expert guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters, focusing on conducting thorough workplace investigations and offering consultative support to leaders navigating sensitive or complex HR issues.
 
You’ll be instrumental in:
  • Leading and supporting workplace investigations focusing on fairness, compliance, and timely resolution.
  • Coaching and consulting leaders through employee relations concerns, conflict resolution, and organizational change.
  • Educating and developing leaders by providing training, resources, and one-on-one coaching to build their confidence and capability in managing employee relations effectively and fostering a positive team culture.
  • Enhancing employee experiences at the facility level by implementing practical, strategic HR solutions and participating in employee engagement activities.
This is more than an HR role-it’s an opportunity to shape the culture from the inside out. You’ll report directly to the Director of HR Operations and collaborate closely with other HR professionals to drive positive, sustainable change.
 
Annual Salary Range: $76,835.20 - $113,339.20
 
Qualifications
Education:
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work.
  • Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
  • Requires a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible Human Resources, Business, or related experience that demonstrates a high level of understanding of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Certification/Licensure:
  • Human Resources-related certification preferred (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Adaptability and continuous learning mindset to keep up with evolving HR practices.
  • Experience delivering programs and training to enhance workforce adaptability and development.
