Under the general direction of the Executive Director, IT Security, this position will be responsible for managing enterprise-wide identity, access, directory, and authentication services. The position will provide day-to-day supervision of the staff that support automated and manual provision and deprovisioning of access to mission-critical systems. The position will assist with implementation and design of Identity Access Management technologies, automation of manual tasks, identity access governance support and implementation services, privilege access management support and identity life cycle management with respect to regulatory compliance and Valleywise Health approved standards and policies. The position engages key business stakeholders and customers as it relates to all supported systems and applications to verify, validate, and audit system access.

Annual Salary Range: $83,116 - $122,595
  • Requires an Associate's degree in computer science or related field or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work.
  • Requires at least five (5) years of responsible Identity and Access Management experience that demonstrates a strong understanding of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Requires prior supervisory/management experience, preferably in Active Directory Federation Services, Group Policy Objects and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol.
  • Certified Identity and Access Manager and ITIL Foundation certification within 18 months of accepting the position.
