Schedule: Regular FT 40 Hours Per Week

The Supervisor of Anesthesia Techs is a pivotal role is responsible for coordinating and guiding the daily activities of the Anesthesia Technician team. As a leader in the perioperative environment, you will ensure seamless support for anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and surgical staff by managing equipment, supplies, and Point of Care testing with precision and efficiency.
This position blends hands-on expertise with leadership, offering opportunities to train and mentor anesthesia technicians while maintaining the highest standards in patient care and surgical support. Your deep understanding of anesthesia equipment, sterilization practices, and technical troubleshooting ensures that every procedure runs safely and smoothly.

Requires a high school diploma or GED.

Must have a minimum of three (3) years of anesthesia technician or related anesthesia/OR experience.

Supervisory or progressively responsible work-related experience preferred.

Requires a BLS card obtained through an approved American Heart Association (AHA) training center upon hire.

Prefer certification as an Anesthesia Technician.

ACLS and PALS are preferred.

Must have knowledge of asepsis, sterilization, anesthesia equipment, and supply management.

Must be able to troubleshoot equipment and assemble/operate complex equipment.

Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.

Must have technical knowledge and skills to operate, troubleshoot technical procedures, and evaluate others.

Must have sound communication skills to interact with diverse groups.
