Department: Supply Chain Services Admin

Schedule: Regular FT 40 Hours Per Week

Shifts: Days

Under the direction of the Supply Chain Program Manager. The Senior Supply Chain Management Analyst is an integral contributing member of the supply chain team. This role supports the supply chain team by completing transactions in ERP or other systems, ensuring data quality, developing reports for operations, and providing ad hoc data support and analysis. Additionally, you will assist management in maximizing efficacy and product availability while managing risks. This role will develop and report on metrics to improve processes and ensure optimal use of supply chain systems.

Annual Salary Range: $71,032.00 - $104,769.60
 
Qualifications
Education:
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or another related field, or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will require specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work.
Experience:
  • Must have a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience providing analytical support of business or clinical systems applications in a healthcare setting that includes some supply chain and/or strong process improvement experience.
Certification/Licensure:
  • PMP or Six Sigma Certification preferred.      
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Prefer advanced knowledge of McKesson’s supply chain management and supply strategic sourcing principles.
  • Must have process improvement skills.
  • Requires strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Access, Excel).
  • Requires a solid understanding of Materials Management functions (i.e., requisitioning, purchasing, inventory control, product standardization/utilization).
  • Must possess solid analytical skills that can translate the analysis into effective troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Must possess skills for supporting others, consensus building, and workflow analysis.
  • Requires knowledge of project management, supply chain and process improvement.
  • Must have the ability to collect and analyze complex data and prepare and conduct effective presentations.
  • Must be able to coordinate activities with diverse groups and individuals, simultaneously support multiple initiatives, assess priorities, and manage deliverables accordingly.
  • Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
